Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to Free, you retain all your existing documents. However, features like Git sync will be disabled and you won't be able to create new documents beyond the Free plan limit. Existing data is not deleted.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is available forever — no credit card required. Pro and Team plans do not currently have a trial period, but you can upgrade and cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. You'll be charged monthly. All prices are in USD. VAT may apply depending on your location.
We have a large team. Is Team plan right for us?
The Team plan supports unlimited members and projects. If you need custom contracts, SLA, or on-premise deployment, contact us for an enterprise discussion.
